    Salary: $750 / Week

     

    Now Hiring: Behavior Technician – Paso Robles, CA

     

    Pay: $25/hr (W2, Weekly Pay)

     

    Schedule: Full-time, School Hours

     

    Start Date: Immediate

     

    Amergis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to support students in the Paso Robles area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with students, helping them develop essential behavioral and social-emotional skills in a school-based setting.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide direct behavioral support to students under the supervision of a BCBA or school psychologist

    + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and track student progress

    + Assist with classroom routines and transitions

    + Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Experience working with children or in behavioral support roles (preferred)

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Ability to pass background checks and meet local compliance requirements

    + RBT certification is a plus, but not required
