Amergis is actively hiring dedicated and compassionate School Aides to support students and educators in Simi Valley for the 2025–2026 school year!

Make a Difference Every Day

As a School Aide, you’ll play a vital role in helping students succeed both academically and personally. You’ll assist with classroom management, support students with instructional and behavioral needs, and help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Highlights:

+ Pay: $18–$20/hr (Weekly direct deposit)

+ Hours: 30 hours per week

+ Start Date: Immediate

+ Location: Simi Valley, CA

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

+ At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
