Now Hiring: Behavior Technician – Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay: $25/hr (W2, Weekly Pay)

Schedule: Full-time, School Hours

Start Date: Immediate

Amergis is seeking a passionate and reliable Behavior Technician to support students in the Thousand Oaks area. This school-based role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential behavioral and social-emotional skills.

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students

+ Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA or school psychologist

+ Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management

+ Track student progress and collaborate with school staff and families

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Experience working with children or in behavioral support roles (preferred)

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Ability to pass background checks and meet all local compliance requirements

+ RBT certification is a plus, but not required
