    Salary: $750 / Week

     

    Now Hiring: Behavior Technician – Atascadero, CA

     

    Pay: $25/hr

     

    Schedule: Full-time, School Hours

     

    Start Date: Immediate

     

    Amergis is actively hiring a Behavior Technician to support students in the Atascadero area. This is a school-based position where you’ll work closely with students who need behavioral and emotional support, helping them thrive in the classroom and beyond.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students

    + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of school staff or a BCBA

    + Assist with classroom routines and transitions

    + Track student progress and communicate with the educational team

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Experience working with children or in behavioral support roles (preferred)

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + Ability to pass background checks and meet all local compliance requirements

    + RBT certification is a plus, but not required
