    Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    + Identify own and manage end-to-end Business requirements Engage with business and IT stakeholders to derive requirements

    + Analyse business requirement verify requirements for completeness consistency and feasibility

    + Provide level zero estimates for project planning and budgeting purposes

    + Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements that is understandable to the project team developers, QA

    + Create process diagrams for current and future state

    + Perform data analysis assess impact on actuarial process and systems

    + Create illustrations for impact on valuation data based on requested actuarial calculation

    + Develop, maintain and own project deliverables such as requirement documents solution design ETL

    + mappings prototype illustration VBA macros etc

    + Conduct requirement and solution walkthrough with the all the stakeholders to seek review feedback and signoff

    + Direct the team in implementing the requested change address Dev and QA queries Ensure 100

    + onboarding with the requirement and proposed solution

    + Handle requirements change through a change management process

    + Review QA artifacts eg. Test scenarios and cases and suggest changes as applicable

    + Conduct functional testing on implemented changed in Dev environment before UAT

    + Coordinate with Dev team to help Business users during UAT

    + Maintain good communication with onshore/offshore project TMs for reporting issue escalation etc

    + Participate in internal IT audits and address concerns issues

    + Identify process improvement opportunity that results in efficient process and/or cost reduction

    Skill/Experience:

    + BA experience on Insurance domain is must

    + BA experience with P&C underwriting

    + Knowledge of databases like Greenplum MS SQL Server MS Access Oracle with a strong SQL handson

    + Good experience on Microsoft Office Tools eg Word Excel PPT Visio Teams Macro VBA scripting

    + Power BI preferred

    + Experience in handling large data set

    + Should have a good data analysis experience

    + Good knowledge of IT processes Agile knowledge preferred

     

    The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: USD 110000 to 118650

     

    Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

     

    The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

     

    These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

     

    It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

     

    In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
