Job Description
The Perioperative System Robotic Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of staff, equipment and supplies necessary for the robotic procedures. Facilitates the flow of information relevant to the intraoperative patient care process. The coordinator provides feedback regarding patient care, budgetary, and strategic planning opportunities for improvement. This position would support all robotic platforms across the health system.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current state of Missouri license as a Registered Nurse. Current BCLS
+ A minimum of three (3) years’ experience, or demonstration of full knowledge and skills required for the position.
+ Ability to navigate through the electronic medical record, and demonstrated basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
+ Effective collaboration problem-solving, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to be self-motivated and work independently/collaborate with colleagues and shift priorities with flexibility.
+ Expectation to maintain concurrent clinical expertise specific to the organization.
+ Required to comply with all mandatory conditions of employment to include but not limited to; continuing education, participation in organizational initiatives, annual skills, compliance, safety, and annual health assessments and competency.
Preferred Qualifications** **:
+ BSN
+ Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
+ Other instructor certification current status as applicable to area of specialty
