The Supervisor, Terminal oversees the daily operations of a Wayfair Home Delivery Operation, taking full ownership of safety, customer experience, employee experience, quality, and cost. This pivotal role involves providing inspirational leadership to both Wayfair warehouse and transportation teams, including leaders and frontline staff. By building strong partnerships with Delivery Partners, you'll ensure sufficient outbound capacity and exceptional home delivery customer experiences. This leader drives results across key performance indicators, develops talent through skill enhancement and career guidance, and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the terminal's overall success.
