JOB SUMMARY:
Provide Time and Pay and/or Human Resources end to end process expert application support including Oracle HCM Cloud and related tools in the ecosystem, as well as custom solutions and legacy systems. This developer will ensure the stable/efficient operation of these critical enterprise applications by developing in these platforms, and related technical stack components, and troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing business processes, and supporting end users in the most efficient usage of our enterprise solutions. In addition, assisting in the strategic roadmap creation/maintenance relative to HR applications and the delivery of value-add initiatives in coordination with our key vendors and key stakeholders.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Provide solution support including configuration, unit testing, controls execution, access management setup for Oracle HCM Cloud.
+ Provide development services across the HCM Technical stack to address business requirements, including but not limited to Fast Formulas, BIP Reports and Extracts, OTBI, Value Sets, Page Composer, API, ATOM Feeds, Visual Builder Studio and much more.
+ Collaborate with Business Owners and Process Managers to understand their complex requirements and translate into Functional and technical requirement documents, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance on complex system functionalities to other resources.
+ Analyze and resolve complex system defects to ensure system stability, accuracy, and data integrity.
+ Optimize system and process performance by identifying/implementing enhancements and best practices.
+ Aid in defining the product roadmap, outline plans for adoption of new quarterly features and work with multiple pillars and partners to leverage unexplored HCM functionality.
+ Collaborate with Oracle to outline product gaps through Enhancement Requests to reduce technical debt and customizations.
+ Collaborate to develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
+ Able to multitask, prioritize work and communicate timelines to business partners
+ Follow SDLC process to deliver quality products, with strong understanding of the Agile framework
+ Aid in managing vendor relationships and influence future product direction through user group participation and forums like Cloud Customer Connect
+ Ensure work is quantified and tracked in tools like JIRA effectively
+ Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience as a Technical HR resource, with a focus in Oracle HR Technology, **preferably** Oracle HCM Cloud but including others such as Workday, Peoplesoft or EBS HCM.
+ In-depth knowledge and expertise in the HCM Cloud Technical stack from a Developer perspective, including but not limited to BIP/Fast Formulas/OTBI/HCM Extracts/Page Composer/Dashboards/HDL Loader/UDT/Configurations.
+ Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Architecture & Data lineage.
+ Strong understanding of Technical and Functional HCM Configuration
+ Strong understanding of HCM and ERP Financials interdependency
+ Experience with system integrations & extensions and working knowledge of integration/middleware tools and technologies in the space, such as OIC/VBCS/PCS.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills proven by experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and performing root cause analysis.
+ Strong communication and written skills to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Manage multiple key initiatives while meeting timeline on deliverables
+ Relevant certifications such as the Oracle HCM Business Process Foundations Associate
+ Experience with ServiceNow is a plus!
