LPN LVN - Family Medicine

$6,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Administers nursing care to patients within an assigned unit. Supervises non-licensed nursing personnel. Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

+ This posting includes multiple openings for a **LPN LVN – Family Medicine**

+ Available Shifts:

+ Full – Time, Day

+ This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location.

+ Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location:

+ Texas: Levelland

Required Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing

+ Heart Failure Clinic (HC6): Annual education on current concepts in management of Heart Failure.

+ Upon Hire: Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse

+ Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1 or more years of Cardiac Cath Lab Holding Area: Experience as an LVN in a Critical Care area
