    Job Summary

    **Craft each plate with care and precision!** As a Line Cook at American Girl Place NY, you’ll bring joy to every table by preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. Your attention to detail and culinary consistency will help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen

    + Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods

    + Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures

    + Culinary certification preferred but not required

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare and cook menu items according to Levy standards

    + Ensure all dishes meet timing, taste, and presentation specifications

    + Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

    + Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards

    + Communicate with team members and chefs to ensure efficient service

    + Assist with prep, setup, and breakdown of station before and after service
