RESPONSIBILITIES
I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets and directs visitors including, business clients, board members, senior management, physicians and staff to the appropriate QHS Corporate Office staff. Performs routine clerical duties in accordance with prescribed procedures.
II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Essential: standing, sitting, seeing, hearing, speaking, carrying, pushing/pulling usual weight of 20 pounds; frequent gripping of an object. Frequent: Walking, stooping/bending, twisting body, reaching above, at or below shoulder level, repetitive arm/hand motion and frequent gripping of an object. Operates various office equipment such as typewriter, computer, telephone, copy machine, binding machine, fax machine, postage machine.
III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Not substantially subjected to adverse working conditions. Must be able to sit at desk for long periods of time.
IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education/Certification and Licensure:
1. High school diploma required.
B. Experience:
1. Prior work experience requiring interaction with varied levels of customers preferred.
2. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Email. Excel preferred.
3. Background and/or experience to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
