    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for Solution Architect to join the team of their supply chain client. Day to day, about 40% of the architect's work will be technical and the other 60% will be collaborating with different stakeholders across the business, engineering, and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of business functions. This solution architect must be well-versed working in an AWS environment and deploying architecture through microservices. They should also have knowledge of personalized search platforms, with Coveo/OpenSearch being preferred. This individual should display high level proficiency in designing scalable, resilient architectures that are consumable by multiple channels. The solution architect must feel confident communicating strategic direction and effectively explaining technical concepts to stakeholders through various methods, including the use of logical and physical diagrams.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10+ years of experience, with at least 4/6 years purely in an architect role

     

    - Experience with Personalized Seach Platforms such as Coveo/OpenSearch

     

    - Strong background working on applications in an AWS environment and building the design architecture with AWS services, including Lambda, IAM, Kubernetes,…

     

    - Experience with databases such as sql and/or mongo db

     

    - Clear understanding of Domain Driven Design and the deployment of microservices architecture

     

    - Well-versed with enterprise application integration – Kafka, Pub/Sub, APIs (REST, GraphQL, SAOP, etc), Security patterns and best practices for application dev

     

    - Ability to communicate concepts to stakeholders using context, use case, deployment, and content diagrams

     

    - Strong collaboration and organizational skills - Knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Business Technology Platform, or SAP Sales and Distribution module
