Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension. This role will provide essential support across recruiting coordination, internship hiring, and administrative tasks to help manage a backlog of work. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Support internship recruiting efforts, including posting roles, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with recruiting for entry-level roles as needed.
• Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition (TA) partners.
• Help maintain candidate pipelines, recruiting documentation, and scheduling logistics.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements across the TA function.

Skills and Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in college recruiting, HR administration, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities Prior experience with candidate outreach or interview coordination
