About the Role
We’re searching for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to serve as the primary contact for our customers and distributors. This role goes beyond answering calls—it’s about providing a premium experience, ensuring every customer feels appreciated, every issue is resolved thoroughly, and every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding support through phone, email, and chat
• Help customers and distributors with product questions, order status, returns, and account assistance
• Address concerns with precision, ensuring all issues are fully resolved
• Cultivate strong relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Translate or clarify marketing materials and product details for multilingual audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and the customer journey

Skills and Requirements
Requirements
• Must be fluent in Vietnamese or Chinese (bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged)
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Warm, positive, and customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in customer service or direct sales (skincare/beauty background is a plus)
• Skilled at multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with call center or CRM systems (required)
Interest or background in network marketing is a bonus, but not required Compensation: $18-23/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
