Job Description

Overview: This role focuses on the development, accuracy, and delivery of key IT architecture metrics and reports. The analyst will support leadership visibility into architecture performance, compliance, and strategic alignment through dashboards and structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Visualization:

• Develop weekly, monthly, and annual reports on key metrics as defined by the CTO.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize architecture KPIs and trends.

• Support ARB (Architecture Review Board) deliverables and communications through data-driven insights.

• Data Integrity & Monitoring:

• Ensure metrics are recorded accurately and timely across architecture systems.

• Assist in CMDB deployment by validating data structures and reporting capabilities.

• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure reporting systems align with architectural strategy.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with enterprise architects and IT teams to gather reporting requirements.

Present findings and trends to leadership and governance stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or architecture support.

• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with CMDB systems and architecture metrics.

Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles in a fast-paced environment.
