Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager! This role will support our client’s multifunctional mobile app that handles everything from internet gateway setup and diagnostics to account management. As Project Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager to oversee multiple concurrent releases, support cross-functional teams, and drive delivery across a long-term product roadmap. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient, and thrives in an agile environment. They should be a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with product, software engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to be assertive when necessary—whether negotiating or pushing back to keep projects on track. Experience with project management tools like Asana (or similar) is preferred. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional multitasking ability, and a passion for operational excellence.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organized & self-sufficient: We need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.

• Adaptability: Not looking for someone rigid in their PM approach—flexibility and fluidity are critical.

• Team-oriented: Must be easy to work with and fully supportive of the product manager, who is managing a high-demand workload.

• Strong soft skills: Clear communicator, assertive when needed (e.g., in negotiations or pushing back on teams), and able to switch contexts frequently.

• Project Management Tools: Experience with Asana is a plus, but not required—it’s easy to learn.
