    MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

    _$16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)_

     

    _Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Day Shift (40 hours/week)_

    Join **Quality Life Adult Day** as an **Activities Coordinator** , where you’ll bring creativity, structure, and energy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Every day you’ll help create meaningful experiences that promote connection, learning, and fun!

    What You’ll Do

    + Plan and lead group and individual recreational activities based on participants’ interests, needs, and abilities

    + Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure activities are meaningful and person-centered

    + Provide daily instruction and support to staff on activity delivery methods and techniques

    + Maintain curriculum binders for each classroom with varied, age-appropriate programming

    + Ensure participant safety and implement appropriate precautions during all activities

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent required (Activity Coordinator certification preferred)

    + Minimum 1 years of experience working with developmentally disabled adults, including planning and conducting activities

    + Valid driver’s license in good standing

    + Reliable, organized, and caring nature

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills
