    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a TopSecret System Administrator at the Pentagon.

     

    Key Responsibilities include

     

    Provide IT systems operations, administration, and maintenance for Windows servers, clients, and networking components.

     

    Deliver 12x5 (with 24x7 on-call) Tier II/III IT operations support at the Pentagon or COOP location.

     

    Manage JSSC’s IT environment (hardware/software) to ensure maximum availability for customers.

     

    Maintain server operating systems, COTS, and GOTS software at required versions.

     

    Engineer hardware/software architectures for MS Windows, UNIX/LINUX, Oracle, Access, PostgreSQL, DB2, and cloud infrastructures (e.g., VMware virtualization).

     

    Perform non-emergency disruptive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades during non-business hours unless otherwise approved.

     

    Support vulnerability, configuration, and asset management, including POA&M management.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Top Secret clearance

     

    Security+ certification

     

    5+ years of hands-on experience in MS Windows server operations and maintenance.

     

    Experience with vulnerability, configuration, and asset management tools.

     

    Experience with POA&M management. Experience supporting large-scale government IT environments.

     

    Familiarity with server virtualization (VMware), UNIX/LINUX, and database technologies.

     

    Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
