Job Description
Insight Global is hiring Calibration Technicians to join a team focused on ensuring accuracy and compliance for measurement and test equipment. In this role, you’ll perform calibrations using approved standards and procedures across physical, dimensional, and electrical disciplines while adhering to ISO 17025 requirements.
This individual will maintain precise documentation, troubleshoot calibration issues, and update records in MET/TEAM. This position also offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in 1-2 calibration disciplines, contributing to process improvements and supporting a high-quality, standards-driven environment. This is an on-site role with independent work, flexible work schedule for 4 ten hour shifts, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate M&TE using approved standards and documented procedures
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 requirements and maintain traceability
- Identify and resolve calibration issues through corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and update calibration documentation in MET/TEAM
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain 5S standards
- Communicate effectively with team leads and adhere to quality metrics

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience calibrating measurement and test equipment
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards, traceability, and measurement uncertainty
- Ability to perform calibrations in physical (temperature, pressure, force), dimensional, or electrical disciplines
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and calibration databases (Fluke MET/TEAM)
- Skilled in reading and following detailed calibration procedures
- Associates degree, 2-year technical certification, or equivalent military experience - Experience in clean-room environments (especially for electrical calibration)
- Familiarity with SAP and process improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; comfortable with repetitive tasks
