Job Description
We're hiring for a full time, HR Generalist in Seattle, WA. This role will require 4 days onsite in Seattle, WA - as such, only local candidates will be considered at this time. Your day to day responsibilities may range from employee relations, policy guidance, HR program delivery and more - supporting both daily operations and broader goals of the HR team. You will provide guidance to leaders and employees, assist with talent and compensation initiatives, ensure compliance, and help deliver programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Skills and Requirements
• 4-8 years' of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Generalist role; professional services or entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other data analysis/reporting tools.
• Experience fielding employee questions and concerns, and employee relations matters.
• Proficient with data analytics – ability to interpret and present HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions, familiar with compensation best practices.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience supporting an architecture firm and/or passion for architecture design.
