Job Description
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and social service agencies to promote outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute outreach events, health fairs, and informational sessions across diverse communities, ensuring bilingual support (Spanish/English) is available.
• Translate and interpret outreach materials and communications for Spanish-speaking populations to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
• Conduct community needs assessments and gather feedback to inform program development and service delivery.
• Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and forums with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to educate the community about available services and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, participant engagement, and event outcomes using Word, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and service offerings.
• Monitor and report on outreach performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Travel to various community sites using reliable transportation, adhering to safety and scheduling protocols.
• Ensure all outreach activities comply with background screening and professional conduct standards.

Skills and Requirements
• Bilingual is a must, especially if fluent in Spanish and good with translation or interpretation experience.
• Experience in healthcare management, public relations, or social services required
• Two (2) years of work experience in a human services field and 1 year of outreach work experience in outreach
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other applications
• Ability to Coordinate and Organize events
