    Job Description

    The Head of Product will be responsible for ideation and creation of product development and strategy for in a start up financial environment. This individual will transform this organization into a product-led company. This role will include defining a clear product vision, structure, and execution strategy across consumer experiences. Additional responsibilities will include creating a modern product management framework and establish organizational structure. This role will require both a strategic and hands-on approach to product development. This will require an innovative individual with clear communication skills, working cross-functionally across the organization.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years of product management & development experience

     

    5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within FinTech or Financial Services

     

    Experience scaling product from early stage or low maturity environments

     

    Experience working for a start up company

     

    Experience building out SaaS product Direct to consumer experience

     

    Experience building a product function from scratch
