    Seeking a Material Control Clerk that will be based out of BAE System Modification facility located in Temple, TX..

     

    Candidate will work within the Operations group supporting a field modification team.

    Position Description

    Seeking a Material Control Clerk that will be based out of BAE System Modification facility located in Temple, TX. Within this role, you will work as part of the Operations team supporting day to day program activities which include receiving and issuing material, prepare records of inventory and shipment, review and submit supply requests, reconcile activity records, conduct regular inventories. Assist with disposal activities, aid operations team to include load/offload combat vehicles and movement of truckloads of modification kits and tooling. Provide technical, administrative, and logistical assistance to ensure modification teams day to day operations are running smoothly, focusing on areas of process improvement, data analysis and entry, and support for internal teams and management amongst other duties.

     

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    Education Required

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    Experience Required

    + One to three years experience working in an Operations Operational support role.Forklift experience

    + Inventory control experience

    + Stock keeping, shipping and receiving

    Skills Required

    + Technical Proficiency: Experience with software, network systems and data analysis tools.

    + Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

    + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, management and vendors.

    + Data Analysis: The ability to interpret data to identify patterns, and areas for improvement.

    + Attention to Detail: Meticulous documenting processes, managing data, and ensuring compliance.

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $52955 - $84728

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
