    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a candidate to a Director of Fundraising. You will play a crucial role in supporting this organization's mission to provide exceptional care to children in need. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, coordinating events, and building relationships with donors and stakeholders. Your efforts will help secure the necessary funds to support our programs and services, ensuring that every child receives the best possible care. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for making a difference, and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of fundraising experience, including direct mail, grant writing, corporate giving, and 3rd party event planning

    Face-to-face, individual fundraising experience

    3 years of major giving and planned giving program experience

    Experience closing major and planned gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations and community organizations

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience. Masters Degree

     

    Charitable gift annuities experience

     

    Blackbaud CRM experience
