Job Description

Conduct ongoing analysis of Payments division processes, focusing on Cards & Payments, and provide monthly performance reports to senior management.

Prepare and present financial reports for Retail Banking, Cards & Payments, and ATM portfolios on a monthly, quarterly, and as-needed basis.

Develop and update financial models, including ROI analyses and cash flow projections, for major expenditure proposals related to banking centers and ATMs.

Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans for multiple centers within the Payments division.

Analyze key accounts within the debit card portfolio and monitor performance metrics.

Reconcile invoices from multiple vendors to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Support special projects and initiatives assigned by senior management, providing analysis and reporting as needed.

Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies by completing required training and staying informed of applicable legal changes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Skills and Requirements

Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access essential.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, BI

Experience with reporting and dashboards

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records.

Ability to travel as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, e Bachelor’s Degree preferred; major in Finance or Accounting preferred

3 or more years of financial/accounting experience preferred.

1 or more years of branch banking experience preferred.

Knowledge of branch banking regulations preferred.

Knowledge of accounting application systems preferred.
