Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Licensed Producer to join our clients team fully-onsite in Gresham, OR. This position is a direct-hire role with our client that is committed to protecting families and communities through personalized insurance solutions. As part of our growth strategy to reach our goals, we are expanding our team of Licensed Producers from 6 to 10.
Responsibilities:
• Handle 18,000–25,000 new leads monthly via CRM
• Make 150+ outbound calls daily (90% outbound, 10% inbound transfers)
• Generate 4–8 quotes per day and maintain a follow-up pipeline
• Achieve daily production goals (average 2.2–5 items/day)
• Manage calendar tasks, follow-ups, and client communications
• Utilize LCS agreements and CRM tools to track lead progress
• Collaborate with team members and participate in performance-based incentives

Skills and Requirements
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance focusing on Residential/Vehicle/Business Insurance (Oregon & Washington preferred)
• 1+ year of Allstate experience (required)
• 5+ years of insurance experience (preferred)
• Proven success in selling auto, home, rental, and landscape coverage
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and CRM systems
• Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm • Experience/license in life and health insurance or commercial insurance.
