    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior IAM Systems Engineer to lead the migration and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role is critical to the success of our clients identity governance transformation, involving the migration of 70 applications and 3,500 identities from IdentityIQ to ISC. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SailPoint ISC, strong engineering capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and with SailPoint directly.

     

    Pay Range: 65-80/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years of engineering experience on SailPoint IGA platforms.

     

    2+ years specifically on SailPoint ISC (must-have).

     

    Additional experience may include IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or other IGA platforms (Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra).

     

    5+ years building custom SailPoint objects, workflows, tasks, and templates.

     

    2+ years scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).

     

    Experience migrating from IdentityIQ to ISC or similar platforms.

     

    2+ years building custom connectors.

     

    4+ years working across the full System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

     

    Deep understanding of IAM protocols (LDAP, AD, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

     

    Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, Ivanti, ServiceNow).

     

    5+ years writing IAM or InfoSec documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

     

    Certifications such as CISSP are highly desirable.

     

    Experience with Aquera is a major plus.

     

    Strong communication and leadership skills.

     

    Ability to work independently and manage complex technical projects.

     

    Must be located in or willing to work in Eastern Time (ET) zone.
