    A client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager for a direct hire position in Lexington, KY. This employee will be responsible for assisting construction administration for commercial projects. Their daily responsibilities include maintaining organized records of project documentation, permits, and invoices, as well as coordinating schedules for site supervisors and subcontractors. The coordinator will support procurement by tracking supply orders and ensuring timely deliveries to job sites. They will also assist with payroll processing, timesheet collection, and compliance reporting. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for this position, so as to keep operations running smoothly and support both field and office teams.

    ***Compensation: $70-85k

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2+ years' experience as an Assistant PM/Account Coordinator/similar

    - Contract Administrative Experience:

    • Managing schedule, deadlines, deliverables, budget, subcontractors, etc.

    • Progress reports, SOW's, handling regulations, permits, etc

    • Supporting PM's and team in the field as needed
