    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Licensed Property and Casualty Service Agent to join our team in Butler, PA. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding property and casualty insurance policies.

    • Handle inbound service inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support.

    • Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company standards.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

    • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.

    • Assist in identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional coverage.

     

    This is a 9- month contract to hire opportunity, offering an hourly rate between $20 and $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Pennsylvania.

     

    -Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role.

     

    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    -Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM platforms.

     

    -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
