    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, employee records management, HRIS administration, onboarding/offboarding, and employee engagement. This role requires expertise in aligning HR operations with legal and procedural requirements, maintaining high data integrity, and building efficient workflows in fast-paced environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events and conferences to enhance community engagement and fundraising.

     

    Onboard, train, and develop junior staff and volunteers, creating frameworks for onboarding and leadership development to improve retention and internal mobility.

     

    Manage administrative operations, including budget management, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

     

    Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

     

    Spearhead digital engagement strategies to improve communication across remote teams.

     

    Act as a liaison between senior staff and stakeholders across multi-site offices and remote teams, ensuring consistent policy application and compliance.

     

    Lead projects to develop and design internal communication platforms, facilitating seamless resource access and knowledge sharing.

     

    Design and implement process improvements for onboarding, budget optimization, and resource allocation, resulting in high requisition fill rates and satisfaction metrics.

     

    Manage data tracking systems to enhance reporting accuracy for development programs.

     

    Design and deliver induction programs, conduct exit interviews, and drive cultural improvements.

     

    Analyze HR data to inform decisions and enhance organizational performance.

     

    Design employee experience initiatives to improve engagement and retention.

     

    Manage compensation and benefits, policy development, compliance, and payroll processing for a distributed workforce.

     

    Direct system updates and vendor integrations, maintaining data integrity and minimizing disruptions.

     

    Support internal audits and prepare HR reports to meet compliance and operational standards.

     

    Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement process improvements and achieve cost reductions.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field

     

    Master’s degree in HR Management preferred

     

    CIPD Certification or equivalent HR credential

     

    Project Management Certificate is a plus

     

    Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including federal and state labor law compliance Strong interpersonal and communication skills

     

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively

     

    Detail-oriented and highly organized

     

    Passion for employee development and engagement
