• Onsite Global Change Management Specialist

    Job Description

    An aerospace employer is looking for a Global Change Management Specialist to join their team 5 days/week onsite in East Hartford Connecticut office. The company is underway with a digital transformation journey, and are in need of a creative and motivated Change Management Specialist to join their team. This resource work closely with another Change Management resource based out of Canada to help own a new project for a global consent agreement. They will be responsible for assessing current and planned digital project profile and change management needs and partnering with the business to identify and prioritize use cases for process automation would improve their strategic objectives. This person will represent the Global Change Management office to access change management tools and techniques, lead stakeholder and change impact analysis sessions, and create Change Management strategies and roadmaps based on change impact assessments. They will be involved in detailed change management planning and execution including communication strategy, training, coaching, sponsor alignment, resistance management, metric and adoption principles, and change impact analysis. This person should be self-motivated and have proven experience within People and Organizational Change Management.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Hands on experience as a Change Management Specialist, Change Manager, or related position

     

    10+ years of experience in change management, project management strategy, and change logistics

     

    Experience working with cross functional and global teams with the ability to organize and prioritize deadlines

     

    Agile and Scrum background or training

     

    Expertise with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, and O365 Bilingual in French
