    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a business systems analyst to sit in Hartford, CT or fully remote but work east coast time zone. This person would be joining the commercial claim/engineering team supporting a mature scrum environment that is around mainframe/DB2 systems that process close to 1 million in claims a day.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Elicit and document detailed business and system requirements.

    • Manage and resolve open issues across multiple work efforts.

    • Quickly acquire system knowledge and develop thorough requirements.

    • Facilitate complex requirement discussions with large groups.

    • Follow fast-paced conversations to identify and document key requirements.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience in medical claim adjudication, including an understanding of the roles of providers, members, and plans.

    • Proficiency in healthcare terminology related to medical claim handling.

    • Ability to add value to the team with minimal direction.

    • SQL

    • Enjoys challenges and is proactive in problem-solving.
