    Job Description

    We’re seeking a driven outbound sales professional who excels at building pipeline from cold accounts, working defined target lists, and partnering with field reps. The ideal candidate is hands-on with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach or Salesloft, Bombora, 6sense, and CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce. They should know how to craft personalized sequences, engage across multiple channels, and optimize outreach strategies. A metrics-driven mindset is essential, with experience converting cold leads into pipeline and reporting on KPIs. Metrics will be based off of meetings booked, pipelines created, and conversions. We value coachability and collaboration, especially with Territory Managers during the SDR-to-FSR handoff. Experience in SaaS or structured outbound environments is a plus. Pay ranges from 25-28/hr depending on experience.

    ZoomInfo (list building, prospecting)

     

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator (account mapping, social outreach)

     

    Outreach or Salesloft (sequencing/cadences)

     

    Intent tools like Bombora and 6sense (identifying in-market prospects)

     

    CRM systems—ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce - Experience working with capital equipment or SaaS sales
