Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager for one of their healthcare clients in Addiction Services. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative direction and oversight to assigned programs, ensuring program integrity and strict compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role leads ongoing program development and the implementation of best practice interventions, supervises staffing and resource allocation, and maintains high standards of service delivery. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in mental health program management and a deep understanding of regulatory standards in New Jersey.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of a Master's Degree in a behavioral health discipline and five (5) years of postgraduate experience in a relevant behavioral healthcare setting.
Two (2) years supervisory experience.
An appropriate doctorate may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
Applicants possessing a degree in Social Work must have an active New Jersey certification/licensure as required by the State Board of Social Work.
