    Job Description

    We are seeking a manufacturing Production Manufacturing Scheduler in our Spokane, WA location. The Production Manufacturing Scheduler ensures manufacturing processes run efficiently by developing and implementing production schedules. You will work alongside operations, purchasing, and other departments to ensure that goods are produced according to customer demand and delivery requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating with other teams to eliminate production constraints, and adjusting production schedules to maximize output while managing resources effectively. You will also track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and look ahead to plan and prepare effectively for any known shortages. Ability to lead weekly meetings and discuss updates, and communicate risks that are known from the results of analyzing the schedule.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Candidate will preferably have 5 + years of commercial construction management and/or commercial construction scheduling experience.

    • Candidate should be familiar enough with the Construction process to be able to identify and discuss upcoming potential issues and suggest mitigations.

    • Can work with minimal supervision while having outstanding communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and time management skills.

    • Coordinate the development and ongoing management of all aspects of the schedule with project supervision, owners, and subcontractors/vendors. • Ability to work in a large collaborative team environment and to mentor, train, and assist in the professional development of one or more project engineers as required
