Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced lab tech/medical assistant to join an urgent care & primary care clinic in Sebastian, FL. This individual should be highly proficient in running a CLIA-waved lab, experience with triaging patients, taking vitals, phlebotomy/performing blood draws, and diligent with documenting patient information in EHR systems.

The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of Medical Assisting or Lab experience

-needs to be a strong phlebotomist (will be performing lots of lab draws)

-Experience working in a CLIA-waved lab with knowledge on documenting/spinning/timestamping/packaging labs

-Comfortable scheduling patient appointments and answering phones between patients

-Great communication skills with a high level of patience and kindness -Previous experience working in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting
