Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, in-person role involves conducting speech-language evaluations and collaborating with school-based testing teams to support students with communication needs.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
• Collaborate with 2–3 school-based multidisciplinary testing teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district policies.
• Communicate effectively with educators, administrators, and families.
• Adhere to all district expectations, confidentiality standards, and collaboration protocols.

This is a 9 month contract to hire opportunity paying between $39 and $42/ hr. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, education, and qualifications. Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in school-based assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school setting.
