Job Description

Overview: This role supports the development and enforcement of architecture governance policies, frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies. The analyst ensures architectural decisions align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance Frameworks:

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the Architecture Governance Framework (TOGAF-based).

• Coordinate Architecture Review Working Group (ARWG) meetings and materials.

• Policy Development & Compliance:

• Create and enforce governance policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.

• Monitor IT systems for compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Validate architectural decisions against strategic direction and compliance standards.

• Risk Management:

• Identify risks related to architectural decisions and propose mitigation strategies.

• Support CMDB deployment from a governance and policy perspective.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate governance updates and risks to enterprise architects and technology teams.

Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent policy application.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in architecture governance, compliance, or risk management.

• Familiarity with TOGAF, cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
