    Job Description

    * Design, develop, document, test, and debug the configurations and workflows in Service Now

    * Analyze and develop capabilities in alignment with defined user stories and acceptance criteria

    * Apply DevOps experience in activities including version control, automated builds, automated testing, and continuous integration

    * Integrates solutions within the Platform

    * Identifies/develops solutions for software/infrastructure performance deficiencies

    Skills and Requirements

    * Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience

    * At a minimum, possess a Security+ CE Certification

    * Proficient in the engineering automated workflows leveraging Service Now

    * Ability to mentor junior team members in leveraging Service Now capabilities

    * Experience with Basic DevOps Tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)

    * Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (AWS, Azure, etc.)

    * Experience with containerization

    * Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field

    * Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience

    * Experience with DevOps Tooling (Sonatype, SonarQube, JUnit)

    * Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

    * Experience with Cloud solution optimization
