    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Systems Specialist to support a federal client in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of advanced cyberspace systems. This role is ideal for candidates with deep technical expertise and a commitment to national security and innovation.

    Position Overview

    The Cyber Systems Specialist will advise on and support the installation, repair, and modification of a wide range of communication and cyber systems, including voice, data, video, radio, satellite, intrusion detection, and cryptographic platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cyber and communication systems and equipment.

     

    Ensure compliance with installation standards, technical orders, and commercial specifications.

     

    Apply communications security expertise across physical, cryptographic, transmission, and emission domains.

     

    Lead system implementation projects and ensure architecture and integration compliance.

     

    Provide guidance on facility design and IT platform installations.

     

    Conduct site surveys and validate equipment interfaces.

     

    Evaluate operational readiness of communications and network systems.

     

    Establish cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures.

     

    Coordinate service orders and maintain accurate system documentation.

     

    Pay Range $70-80/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Active Top Secret clearance required.

     

    - Electronic/network principles

     

    - Information assurance

     

    - Telephony and transmission systems

     

    - RF communications and digital systems

     

    - Ability to interpret technical orders, schematics, and engineering drawings.

     

    - Certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, or CISSP are highly desirable.
