Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Technical Support and Training team working alongside a team of five. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Document training completion and prepare reports
• Assist other group Admins as needed
• Record meeting minutes
• Assist team Project Coordinator
• Issue calendar invites, room bookings, monitor attendance, order catering (if required), record notes and actions discussed at meetings (as required) and follow-up on actions
• Prepare and submit expense claims

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated successful work experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant working experience
• Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve plus change direction in response to ambiguous work situations
• Highly motivated and flexible individual with ability to work under pressure and sometimes short deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
• Ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside the workgroup considering working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and group
• Strong communication, team player and self sufficient • Prior training experience
• Utility experience
• Construction experience
• Experience with SAP
• Experience using Ariba to process invoices
