    We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Backend Developer to architect and drive backend development for enterprise-grade systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong foundation in scalable backend technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead backend development efforts across complex software projects.

    • Design and implement robust APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless integrations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance backend solutions.

    • Optimize data operations using Redis and ensure low-latency performance.

    • Conduct performance testing and tuning using tools like JMeter.

    • Deploy and manage containerized services using Kubernetes.

    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and decision-making.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 10+ years of backend development experience.

    • Proven leadership in backend architecture and team management.

    • Strong proficiency in:

     

    o Java / SpringBoot

     

    o Python

     

    o REST / SOAP API development

     

    o Redis

    o Kubernetes

    • Experience with Jmeter for performance testing and optimization

    • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.

    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.

    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

     

    - Prior team lead experience - Previous AT&T Experience

     

    - Previous 911/Public Safety Experience
