Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a SharePoint Administrator SME to support one of our large federal clients on a long-term DoD contract. This person will need to possess a TS/SCI DoD clearance and work in person on customer site (Ft. Belvoir, VA). Compensation ranges from $63.34/hr to $85.70/hr. Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Provides Microsoft SharePoint 2019 administrator support for a large customer within the DoD community. Administrator will be tasked with assisting in the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint 2019 architectures
• Assist with SharePoint farm upgrades and deployments
• Experience and knowledge with SharePoint Online administration
• Experience administering Windows Servers, Active Directory including ADFS, DNS, SMTP, Network Load Balancing, Windows Firewall, Event Viewer Performance Monitoring and PowerShell scripting
• Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Enterprise search, index configurations, and scheduling
• Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server in a SharePoint environment
• Provide critical problem solving and advanced troubleshooting including site problems, address site permission issues, creation and configuration of sites and sub-sites, assist in definition of site resources
• Plans for and install service packs, hotfixes, updates and patches during off-peak time as required and communicate any downtime to business
• Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss
• Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data
• Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting systems ensure optimized user-experiences
• Experience with Information Assurance practices and principles (ex. STIGs)
• Provide security operations or coordinates security operations functions in support of cybersecurity accreditation-risk management framework (RMF) continuous monitoring process
• Participate in the design and implementation of methods, procedures, and systems to improve the processing and flow of information within the organization.
• Develop workflows, automations and other powerapps to improve pilot/project delivery and artifact management
• Enable knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning and decision-making for programs critical to effective mission command (MC).
• May serve as a technical consultant to a project or several projects dealing with area of technical expertise
• Coordinates with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs
• Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects; consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects
• Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis
• Generates recommendations in the form of technical briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel
• Identifies emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems
• Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials
• May serve as technical team or task lead
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am/8am start, 8 hour days

Skills and Requirements
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• High School Diploma / GED with 12 years of experience; Associates Degree with 10 years of experience; Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience.
• IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent.
• CE MSCA 2016, Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification or equivalent (must obtain full AZ104 MS Azure Administrator within 180 days from start date). • Strong interpersonal skills and customer facing experience.
• Willing and able to obtain a CI Poly (as determined by the contract).
• Knowledge/experience of Army command structures and possess the ability to integrate knowledge into SharePoint infrastructure for leadership and use consumption.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail.
