    Job Description

    • Perform complex engineering tasks independently and/or lead technical teams supporting aircraft and weapons integration programs.

    • Develop requirements, integration plans, and technical documentation throughout the system lifecycle.

    • Develop, analyze, and maintain behavioral, structural, and parametric models to support system design and integration.

    • Review and prepare engineering analyses, reports, specifications, TEMPs, contractor design data, and change proposals.

    • Coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful system integration.

    • Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.

    • Serve as a technical representative at design reviews, program meetings, and test events; prepare technical reports, trip reports, and correspondence.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in technical or scientific field with at least 8-10 years of recent and relevant systems engineering experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in technical or scientific field with at least 10-12 years of recent and relevant systems engineering experience OR PhD in tehcnical or scientific field with at least 5-7 years of recent and relevant systems engineering experience

    • At least 3 years of DoD systems experience

    • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods, processes, and tools.

    • Proficiency with SysML and modeling environments such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or similar MBSE tools.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor engineering teams in the application of MBSE to complex DoD programs.

    • Must possess and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance • Experience Digital Engineering applications and technologies

    • Airworthiness experience, including knowledge of NAVAIR airworthiness requirements, safety of flight, and flight clearance processes, is highly desired.

    • Experience in DoD acquisition lifecycle, including requirements development, systems integration, verification and validation, and sustainment.

    • Knowledge of strike weapons, aircraft integration, and test and evaluation processes
