Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an NPI Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include leading high-visibility new product introduction (NPI) programs from prototype through production ramp. You’ll be the operational driver ensuring cross-functional alignment, manufacturing readiness, and timely delivery of customer-driven hardware programs.

What You’ll Do

- Own end-to-end NPI execution across 5+ product cycles, from build readiness to mass production.

- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Validation, Product Management, Manufacturing, and external partners (CMs, ODMs/JDMs).

- Drive weekly NPI meetings, phase gate reviews, and program updates.

- Manage prototype builds, track progress, and resolve manufacturing issues.

- Monitor yields and implement defect resolution strategies during NPI builds.

- Develop and maintain build schedules aligned with product development milestones.

- Provide risk assessments and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

- Support ongoing manufacturing operations and sustaining activities.

- Identify and implement process improvements across product development and operations.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

-7+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, operations, and program management.

- Proven success managing hardware development projects, especially rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.

- Strong understanding of hardware development and manufacturing processes. -MS, MBA, or PMP certification.

-Experience working with contract manufacturers and strategic partners.
