Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the Product Management team focused on enhancing the customer experience. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from key stakeholders related to custom application enhancements, as well as redesigning existing applications to align with future product needs. The BA will lead the early phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution while collaborating closely with a third-party vendor to develop accurate designs. Key deliverables will include process flows, user stories, and initial mockups and wireframes, which will be presented to the vendor to guide the creation of more detailed, visually refined versions. This role operates within a team that has recently been moving toward an agile lifecycle and currently operates somewhere between waterfall and agile. This person should be able to adapt to process changes as our team learns and matures. This position would be participating in Joint Integration Testing (JIT) as needed and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position may directly interface with the development team for clarification and bug troubleshooting, but a dedicated BSA is responsible for managing the execution of development tasks based on the documented requirements.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of BA experience

Extensive experience using JIRA - creating epics, user stories and features

Experience creating process flows and user stories

Experience creating initial mockups and wireframes - 3rd party created the detailed versions

Experienced with UAT testing

Experience working in an Hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) environment Experience with Monday - will be using templates in Monday and updating documents
