    Job Description

    A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a SRM Data Administrator to join their team. This resource is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reference data in the firm’s security master databases (CADIS/EDM and APEX) to support investment activities at the firm. This includes researching, inputting, validating data, and managing daily workflows, to ensure data is accurately represented in their accounting systems and trading platforms. The role involves close collaboration with departments including Portfolio Management, Trading, Client Reporting, and Compliance to resolve data discrepancies. The Analyst will also maintain quality control reports, document procedures, and contribute to data cleanup projects. Strong independent and team-working skills are essential, along with the ability to act as a subject matter expert and uphold data integrity across operational areas. This individual will also need to be detail-oriented, and possess intermediate-strong Microsoft Excel skills to help field, organize, capture, and reconcile data.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or accounting

     

    - 2+ years of data analysis experience

    - Strong excel experience- excel functions, analysis, fielding data

    - Local to Nashville, TN and available to go onsite 4 days a week. - Bloomberg exposure
