Job Description
A large law firm is seeking an AV Support Specialist to join their team. Duties include the below:
-Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, classrooms, and live events.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems including projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing tools, and control systems.
-Collaborate with event organizers or internal teams to understand AV requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
-Monitor live feeds and ensure high-quality audio and video output during events.
-Train staff and clients on the proper use of AV equipment and software.
-Maintain inventory of AV equipment and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
-Edit and produce basic audiovisual content when needed.
-Stay current with emerging AV technologies and recommend upgrades or new solutions.

Skills and Requirements
-2–5 years of experience in AV support or a related technical role.
-Strong technical understanding of AV and IT systems.
-Proficiency with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX), video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx), and editing software.
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
-Familiarity with cabling, networking, and AV system architecture.
