Day to day –
Insight Global is searching for a Change Management Lead to sit remotely at one of our hardwood manufacturing clients. This Change Management Lead will guide our organization through the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365). They will play a critical part in preparing our teams for new systems, processes, and ways of working—ensuring smooth adoption and strong engagement throughout the ERP transformation. They will partner closely with the ERP Program Team, business leaders, and functional stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive change management and communications strategy that drives understanding, readiness, and ownership across the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities –
Change Management Leadership
• Develop and lead the change management strategy and roadmap for the D365 implementation, aligning with overall project milestones and business goals.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and change readiness evaluations to identify areas of resistance and opportunities for engagement.
• Create and implement change management plans that include communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement strategies.
• Partner with business process owners to ensure effective change adoption across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other impacted functions.
• Define and track change management metrics and success criteria to measure adoption, engagement, and benefits realization.
• Support leaders and managers in driving local adoption and reinforcing new behaviors.
Communications Management
• Develop and deliver a clear internal communications strategy to build awareness, transparency, and excitement around the ERP transformation.
• Write and manage key communications such as project updates, newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, leadership talking points, and change stories.
• Design and facilitate town halls, roadshows, and workshops to communicate project milestones and success stories.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader organizational initiatives.
• Serve as the voice of the change, translating complex project details into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences.
Training & Adoption Support
• Coordinate with training teams to align change and communication efforts with learning programs.
• Support development of role-based training materials and onboarding resources for D365 users.
• Gather feedback from end-users to continuously improve communications and adoption tactics.

Skills and Requirements
Must haves:
• 5+ years of Change Management Experience
• 3+ years of ERP-specific change management experience (including at least one go-live)
• Executive and stakeholder level communication experience • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci and familiarity with PCT and AKDAR)
• Microsoft Dynamics Experience
