Insight Global is hiring for *multiple locations across Stuttgart & Ramstein, Germany, Molesworth, UK, Yokosuka, Japan, Juneau Alaska, Honolulu Hawaii, Colorado Springs, CO, Vandenburg & San Francisco, CA, Miami & Ft Walton, FL, Ft Bragg, NC, and Washington DC.

This position sits in Colorado Springs (Peterson SFB) or Vandenburg, CA. We are seeking talented operations and planning professionals with backgrounds in Space Operations and Intelligence targeting domains to sit onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. As a FSR Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting the client’s implementation teams to support the implementation of operationally focused software solutions and various client user bases. This person will work with other planners and analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, document user feedback and make recommendations to internal teams for future product enhancements. Candidates should have general scripting experience and will assist product configuration teams, and support data pipelining for rapid prototypes and implementations. The FSR will also be responsible for user training sessions to include hands-on training and demonstrations on software products. This team is geographically dispersed wit users across the world and requires strong communication and ability to work with high level military and commanding officers.

Core Responsibilities

Set up and maintain Palantir systems on-site

Test, troubleshoot, and fix system issues.

Train users on how to operate and maintain both hardware and software.

Quickly respond to and resolve technical problems.

Log all activities, issues, and fixes.

Support system upgrades and changes.

Work closely with military teams and other users to ensure smooth adoption.

Share feedback to improve the system based on real-world use.

Pay Range: Pay will be hourly and varies by level of experience and location. Average Range: ~$35-89/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

• Background in Space Operations/Planning or related

• Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.) with a strong preference for Maven/MSS.

• Ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

• Strong communication and prior experience working with high level military and commanding officers

• Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed • Ability to read and modify scripts in one of the following: Python, Java and/or JavaScript/typescript

• Military experience is desired, with operational planning experience (Intelligence targeting experience strongly preferred)

• Prior experience with Palantir Foundry Software

• Experience with Data pipelining and analysis

• Prior user training experience
